This penthouse renovation began with a single, defining truth about its owners: a deep and abiding love for art. From that truth, every decision followed. The living area was reimagined as a gallery-like environment — a curated, light-filled space where an extensive collection of artworks is displayed with the seriousness and sensitivity it deserves, accentuated by wooden rafters and focused lighting that allow each piece its full presence.
The balcony was drawn into the living space, its boundary dissolved to create a larger, more generous setting for a household that lives to entertain. The bar — a focal point of genuine importance to the owner — was re-envisioned with enhanced storage and presence, elevated from functional element to spatial statement.
Each bedroom is resolved as an individual portrait. A rich teal palette defines one room with depth and personality; deep navy gives another its character and gravity. The result is a home that is expressive without being excessive, refined without losing warmth — and distinctly, unmistakably, theirs.
